We offer a series of interviews before approving any staff. The interviews give a true and fair view of the candidate’s credentials, qualifications and work experience

We certify any certificates and ensure they are up-to date. We also offer regular mandatory training to experienced carers as well as care certificates for beginners.

Caring Index

Our care index aims at ensuring we aim for the highest standards of care for our clientele. It collects and features diverse gestures of care performed by our staff sharing states of wellbeing with the concerned parties. Feedback obtained can be used in crucial  decision making procedures.
